Ten people died in an air-taxi plane crash on 8 July 2013 at the
Soldotna Airport in Alaska. A team of National Transportation Safety
Board was sent to investigate into the reasons of crash. The
single-engine aircraft de Havilland DHC3 Otter burst into flames at 11
am local time of Soldotna that is located about 75 miles southwest of
Anchorage.
This is the second air accident within two days, earlier a Boeing jetliner crashed on 7 July 2013 and burned at San Francisco International Airport. Two people were killed and leaving behind more than 100 people injured.
