Apple unveiled new software for its computers, smartphones and
tablets on 9 June 2013 called iOS7 at its annual World Wide Conference
in San Francisco. The new software has a flat, translucent and colourful
design. It replaced a 3D opaque pallet that featured lots of greys and
blues. Apple also announced new features for iCloud, the company’s
remote backup service. It will now feature a new version of iWork to
compete with Google’s online productivity suite Google Docs.
Users could access iCloud from Windows PCs and using Internet Explorer and Chrome browsers.
