Apple Inc in Month of June 2013 has signed an agreement with Warner
Music for music licences so as to create a streaming music service.
The new service is going to be unveiled at the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference in the second week of June 2013.
The deal was signed considering the fact that a music-streaming service is necessary for apple to complement its iTunes, the largest repository of music for sale although the progress has been slow in discussing deals with music companies.
The deal with warner was signed for both recorded music and publishing rights ascribing the information to people briefed on the talks. Apple also had signed another deal with the Universal Music for only its recorded music rights.
Apple is also planning to take music rights with Sony Music Entertainment and Sony's separate publishing arm Sony/ATV.
